The first (short version) is a list of the plumbing jobs we’re most often asked to do. And includes the cost and time that they usually take.
The second – which is the flipbook underneath, also has these. And goes a step further discussing what’s entailed and what can affect the cost and time of a job.
1. All prices quoted are for plumber time/labour only and based on an upper and lower estimate of time required to do a specific job.
2. Our 2026 hourly rates of £98 per hour have been used in calculations and include VAT where required.
3. Prices are indicative only and actual prices use a minimum hourly rate for the first hour and flexible after this.
